Making a homemade Nigerian brownies is very easy so i will go straight to the point.
INGREDIENT.
1.Butter-150g
2.chocolate-15g
3.eggs-3
4.sugar-225g
5.flour-50g.
6.vanilla- 1 teaspoon.
7.one-quarter cup of milk.
8.baking powder-half teaspoon.
step 1-preheat your oven.
step 2-melt the chocolate and the butter in a bowl of boiling water.
step 3-mix the egg and sugar thick and creamy and pour into the mixture of chocolate and butter and mix.
step 4-mix the flour and baking powder in a bowl.
step 5-then mix everything together and put in a baking pan after butter has been put around the baking pan.
step 6.your brownies are ready.
step 7- grease your pan with butter.then put the mixture in the pan and bake for 25 minute.
